I was excited when I saw this product, inexpensive and looked good. I liked how small the earpeice was. Unfortunately...the ear piece is very uncomfortable and the button to use the handset lifter has a lag and sometimes doesnt work at all. I would push the button to answer a call and it wouldnt work or about the time the phone stopped ringing it would then lift and answer, sometimes it answered then would hang up rite away, people on the other end werent to happy about that. It got to the point where I was only using it for outgoing calls. In my opinion going for the inexpensive rout isnt always the rite thing to do. I was very dissapointed with this product, bummer I had hoped this would have made my days at work easier, not frustrating.
